We hope you are well and safe as we head into the holiday season and wrap up what has been an
unprecedented year.

As recent headlines have noted, UPS and other carriers are experiencing serious capacity constraints across their logistics networks. They have instituted volume limitations on the number of shipments they process on any given day for all suppliers. These restrictions will cause delays on shipments and could impact your ability to track packages as UPS and other carriers are falling behind in their daily sorts. PPS Apparel has and will continue to work closely on a daily basis with our carriers to mitigate the impact of this on your business.

We know this is frustrating and we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact. Our goal is to be as communicative and transparent as possible during this time to allow you to manage your business and your Customer’s expectations.

To help mitigate these challenges, please work with your Customers on planning ahead to enable you and your teams to order as early as possible in order to hit your customer's in hands date.
