FREE SHIPPING! on orders of $150 and above

Orders are shipped via ground transportation from the nearest stocking warehouse unless otherwise requested. Orders for apparel items received by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time usually ship the same day. Shipping charges (shown below) will be added to the final invoice. We do not add "handling" or "order processing" fees and never "split-ship" charges should we be required to ship your order from multiple warehouses. PPS Apparel does not currently offer international shipping services. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are additional, if available at all. Please e-mail us for a quotation.

PPS APPAREL will not create "backorders" should a particular item be unavailable for immediate shipment. Due to our large volume of orders, Out of Stock items are not available for backorder. You will be notified by email if there was a shortage at the time of shipping your order.  E-Mail responces not received within 24 hours will be shipped short. You will also receive notification regarding the amount of credit applied to your card or PayPal account for this shortage

The carrier will be UPS GroundSaver or FedEx Ground. Ship-To addresses must be a physical street address. P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are not currently accepted for shipment. If Next-Day, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select UPS or FedEx Air service is required, please provide your contact telephone number in the remarks section of your order. Before shipping, we will notify you regarding the additional shipping charges that will apply to your order, which must be billed separately.

PPS APPAREL, LLC (PPS cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave the warehouse. Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and/or shortage. We will provide assistance in processing your claim. We ship from the nearest stocking warehouse facility to your location, which may extend beyond the 1-3 day target date we use for ground delivery. While we make every attempt to ship same-day, we cannot guarantee this will occur.

If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify the carrier to inspect within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. 


We do not ship to third-party shippers or freight forwarders.

We do not charge a restocking fee for items exchanged, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.


Orders, once placed, cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and count all goods received before washing or imprinting to ensure that the correct merchandise color, size and quantity was received as ordered and in good condition. Without exception, PPS APPAREL, LLC will not assume responsibility, nor offer a credit, after garments have been washed, imprinted, embroidered or embellished in any fashion. Items approved for return or exchange must be shipped/mailed postage pre-paid to PPS APPAREL - RETURNS and include a Return Authorization number that we will provide to you via e-mail. Once issued, RA numbers are valid for Thirty (30) Days, within which PPS APPAREL must receive the returned or exchanged products.   PPS will assume all shipping charges when exchanged items are shipped to our customer. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from date of order. If you return merchandise on an order that qualified for free shipping, and that return brings your total under $150, you will be responsible for the original freight amount that was required to ship order.

Color Matching: Due to color rendering differences on various computer monitors, an exact color match should not be expected and are not guaranteed.  If this is critical to your order, we advise you to order an actual sample for comparison.

*PLEASE NOTE - MOST items ship same-day from the nearest warehouse to your location, however inventory cannot be guaranteed at the nearest warehouse.  The above ship times are guide-lines, not guarantees. UPS does not guarantee normal ground delivery ship time. COVID-19 delays can sometimes cause a delay in your shipping time.  We advise that you contact us via e-mail before ordering on-line for time sensitive deliveries or expedited shipping arrangements.
