UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - MERCHANDISE QUALITY

All merchandise is new - "factory-first". We NEVER offer altered, refurbished, factory "seconds" or "cut tag" apparel on any item we sell - EVER!

All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc., must be reported to us via e-mail within five days of delivery of your order. Claims will not be accepted after this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and count all goods received before washing or imprinting to ensure that the correct merchandise and quantity was received as ordered and in good condition.

Without exception, PPS APPAREL, LLC will not assume responsibility after garments have been washed, imprinted, embroidered or embellished in any fashion. Due to public health issues, "personal" garments or caps may not be returned.

ORDERS once placed, cannot be changed or cancelled.

Items approved for return or exchange must be shipped/mailed postage pre-paid to PPS APPAREL - RETURNS and include a Return Authorization number that we will provide to you via e-mail. Once issued, RA numbers are valid for Thirty (30) Days, within which PPS APPAREL must receive the returned or exchanged products.   No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from date of order. SHIPMENTS TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS

Due to a high number of fraudulent order placements and payments, we do not ship to third-party freight forwarders.

SALES TAX
PPS APPAREL, LLC does not currently charge or collect applicable State, County or Local Sales Tax on apparel purchases delivered outside the state of West Virginia. It is the customer's responsibility to remit/report any required Sales or "Use" taxes directly to their own respective state/local tax authorities.

BACK ORDER POLICY
Due to our large volume of orders, Out of Stock items are not available for back-order. You will be notified by email if there was a shortage at the time of shipping your order.  You will also receive notification regarding the amount of credit applied to your card or PayPal/Amazon Pay account.

SHIPPING CHARGES   Orders are shipped via ground transportation from the nearest stocking warehouse unless otherwise requested. Orders received from our website by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time are usually shipped the same day. Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice. We do not add "handling" or "order processing" fees. Please note - we make every attempt to ship your order from the nearest warehouse location. Occasionally, your order may ship from multiple warehouse locations. We do not apply additional charges for multiple location shipping.

SHIPPING DEADLINE:
Orders received prior to 4:00 pm Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day. Placing an order at or prior to 4:00 pm Eastern Time does not guarantee we will receive it instantly. If your order has special importance, you may want to e-mail customer service immediately after placing your order online to discuss your shipping options. Orders received by us on-line, at or after 4:00 pm Eastern Time, may process and ship the next business day.

The carrier will be UPS GroundSaver or FedEx Ground. Your shipping address must be a physical street address. P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are not currently accepted for shipment. If Next-Day or Second-Day Air service is required, please provide your contact telephone number in the customer remarks section of your web order. We will contact you by phone to bill expedited shipping charges. We make every attempt to notify you of your shipping status via tracking number e-mailed to you the following day. In the event your item is shipped direct from the manufacturers' warehouse, this service may be delayed or not available at all.

PPS APPAREL, LLC (PPS APPAREL.com) cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave the warehouse. Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and/or shortage. We will provide you assistance in processing your claim. The majority of our items are shipped same day if your order is received by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time. We make every effort to achieve this goal but do not guarantee same-day shipping. On occasion, items must be shipped direct from the manufacturer for which we have no control over ship times.

If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify the respective carrier (UPS or FedEx) to inspect the package within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

Blacklisted Addresses:  Online shops are constantly getting scammed by customers who do fraudulent charge-backs. All customers agree that the credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay account provided on their order is their own and that we WILL post their address publicly if they do not comply. We also report all addresses to authorities that commit "friendly fraud" charge-backs

Orders where customers either unlawfully "borrowed" someone’s credit card number, or said their credit was stolen and them scammed money after we ship their order will be reported.
